Consent to personal data processing
The “I agree to the processing of personal data” box in the request form is consent under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”. Here is what it means.
- Who gives consent
- The person who ticked this box and sent a request on the site.
- To whom (data controller)
- The sole proprietor: Индивидуальный предприниматель Гридина Наталья Васильевна
ИНН 732708996214
ОГРНИП 324774600268571
- Which data
- Your name and contact (phone or Telegram), the chosen course and English level, and the level test result if you sent the request from the test. Also the IP address and the time of sending: they confirm that consent was given.
- What for
- To reply to your request, get in touch and book you in for a lesson.
- What is done with the data
- They are collected, recorded, stored, updated, used, transferred and deleted — on the site and in the teacher's account, including automatically. Notifications about new requests with your name and contact reach the teacher in Telegram.
- How long it lasts
- Until the purpose of processing is achieved or until you withdraw consent, whichever comes first.
- How to withdraw
-
Write to Natalia on Telegram @Natalie_gridina or by email at gnv1401@gmail.com — after that processing stops and the data is deleted unless there is another legal basis to keep it.
- It's voluntary
- You give consent freely, of your own will and in your own interest. Without it the request can't be sent: otherwise Natalia can't get in touch with you.
How the site handles data is described in the privacy policy.
